    The bus station is located in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station. There are connections to the regional bus services and the city buses. The Harzer Verkehrsbetriebe information office is accessible via a ramp. There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet next to the information office.

    Guide lines for the blind are available on the platforms and in the direction of the bus platforms.

The Schierker Feuerstein Arena in Schierke is not only characterised by its exceptional facilities, but also by the wide range of offers in summer and winter.

During the winter season, ice gliders are available for wheelchair users. This makes it possible to take part in ice skating. In summer, a wide range of family activities are available.
