There are also current flyers on events at KiK, Marstall or in the city, such as the chocolate festival or the Christmas market.

Tourism forest for Wernigerode & Schierke

The dying forests around Wernigerode and Schierke not only concern the locals, but also many guests.

To fulfil the desire to support reforestation, Wernigerode Tourismus GmbH launched the ‘Tourism Forest’ project in April 2022.

Thanks to donations totalling over €7,000, the first tree planting campaign was carried out in the Wernigerode municipal forest.

With every mailing of brochure material, you will receive a letter from us with information about our tourism forest.
Every donation is used for reforestation.
