From Berlin to the Harz Mountains

Berlin-Harz-Express at the weekend

Leave the big city behind and spend a relaxing weekend in the Harz Mountains without having to search for a car parking space. Take the Harz-Berlin-Express on the Abellio trains from Berlin to Wernigerode without changing trains.

The trains run every Saturday and Sunday morning from Berlin to the Harz Mountains. A relaxed return journey to Berlin is possible late on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. This also works in the other direction. Late afternoon on Friday or Saturday to Berlin. Return to the Harz Mountains on Sunday evening.

One adult pays €33.00 for the return journey. Tickets are available on the train. Further information can be found in the linked leaflet about the Harz-Berlin-Express.
